I am using Exchange 2003 and Active Directory 2003. I have installed the Exchange 2003 Management tools on multiple operating systems (XP, Vista, and 7). I am having the same problem with each OS, with the normal ADUC MMC (Active Directory Users and Computers) I can create custom LDAP queries, under the Saved Queries folder, and they are saved. I can close the MMC, and reopen it, and the queries are there so that I can re-run them anytime. When I try to create custom queries under the Exchange ADUC, I can create the queries, but they will not save. They are there as long as I have the MMC open, but when I close and re-open they're gone. Has anyone else run into this problem? This may be a mute point, as I am preparing to upgrade to Exchange 2010, but it is annoying. If anyone has a quick fix, I would greatly appreciate it?

Hi It is very old problem. I have configured an msc for myself that includes everything I need...saved it to the desktop as ****.msc...it saves queries, views,snap-ins, etc. You can read this case is interesting.
